Information you share

The inquiry form collects your name, email address and any optional information you provide, including country or region, interests, travel dates, party size, estimated budget, request details and travel advisor status. Please do not submit passport details, payment card data, health information or other sensitive personal information.

How inquiry information is used

We use your inquiry to respond, understand your preferences, explore possible arrangements and prepare a proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If supplier coordination requires sharing personal information, its purpose and necessary scope should be agreed with you before disclosure.

Delivery and website operations

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When the inquiry service is enabled, Resend delivers form submissions to the designated JTE inbox. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database. Submissions may remain in email systems and delivery records. Hosting providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. The form applies a temporary request limit to help prevent abuse.

Attribution and optional analytics

An inquiry can include campaign parameters from the page URL, the landing page and the referring page. Referrer and landing-page query strings are removed. These details help us understand where an inquiry originated.

If configured, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are loaded only after you accept optional analytics. They measure page visits, calls to action, category selections, form starts and completed inquiries. Form names, email addresses and request text are not included in our analytics events. Your preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it through “Privacy preferences” on the landing page. Third-party providers may process information in other countries; the applicable arrangements require operator review before enabling these services.

Retention and your requests

JTE Inc. must establish and apply retention periods for inquiries, email records and service-provider logs before launch. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable requirements.
