A personal inquiry service

JTE Concierge, a service by JTE Inc., receives requests for experiences, local coordination, reservation support and sourcing in Japan. The website introduces possibilities for discussion. It is not a live inventory or an instant booking service.

Availability and confirmation

Sending a form does not create a reservation, purchase or service contract. All arrangements depend on suitability, supplier acceptance and availability. Access to a venue, event, product or individual is not guaranteed. Photography is illustrative and does not imply an existing supplier relationship.

Proposals and charges

Scope, fees, third-party costs, payment schedules and any deposit requirements will be set out in an individual proposal. There is no annual membership fee for submitting an inquiry. No payment is collected by this form. Proceed only after the relevant arrangements and terms have been confirmed in writing.

Changes and cancellations

Applicable cancellation, refund, rescheduling and supplier conditions must be communicated and agreed before a booking or purchase is made. They may differ between arrangements.

Special requests

Some requests may be subject to legal restrictions, safety considerations, eligibility requirements or import and export rules. Services that require a particular registration, licence or qualified provider must only be offered within the scope that JTE Inc. has confirmed it can lawfully provide. This website makes no claim that a particular licence or supplier agreement is held.
